Product Introduction

1. Cold-formed Rectangular Welded steel pipe is used in the load-bearing frame of the box body. The cover plate of the box body is made of 10 mm thick stainless steel 304. The surface is treated by wire drawing or 10 mm high-quality pattern steel plate. The surface is sprayed with high-strength wear-resistant paint, which can withstand the pressure of wheels and other machinery.

2. The strong and weak electric wiring in the box adopts separate wiring boxes, which are arranged on both sides of the frame respectively, and has good anti-electromagnetic interference.

3. The weak current box can be assembled and disassembled separately, and the strong and weak current will not affect each other in overhaul.

4. The outlet adopts 125A high-power industrial connector socket, which guarantees the demonstration power consumption of high-power exhibits.

5. The cover of power control box and power outlet are equipped with different special locks to avoid illegal operation of irrelevant personnel and ensure the safety of electricity use.

6. The cover of power control box and power outlet come with mechanical self-locking brace. The opening and closing of the cover plate is convenient and safe.

7. All outlet sockets adopt IP67 high-level protective industrial connector sockets, which are installed on both sides of the box body and inclined in the direction to facilitate connecting.

8. Circuit breakers, leakage switches and surge protectors are all installed in separate boxes to effectively prevent dust, moisture and water erosion on the ground and ensure that the protection level of booth boxes reaches IP66.
