Product Introduction
TXC Industrial connector socket is also called waterproof Industrial Coupler. The main function of TXC is to make clear connections, cables remain sealed, and to ensure that the insulation level of cable joints to make it safe and reliable operation. If the seal of the industrial connector is not good, not only will the oil leak cause the oil-immersed paper to dry up, but also the moisture will invade the cable interior, which will reduce the paper insulation performance.
Waterproof Grade of Industrial Waterproof Connector
At present, there are many brands and types of industrial waterproof connectors on the market, but in the true sense, waterproof electrical connectors with excellent sealing performance and safe and reliable quality are still relatively few in the market. All waterproof connectors have to undergo strict waterproof test before they are delivered. IP67 waterproof test requires that the connector products should work in locations 1meter under water for 30 minutes and still maintain the good performance of the products.
Especially the test of IP68, which is the highest grade of waterproof electrical connector, the test equipment, test conditions and test time are agreed by both suppliers and buyers. The severity of IP68 is much higher than normal tests. For example, IP68 waterproof test of waterproof connector is to ensure that it works for two weeks at a depth of 10 meters without water intake; And pass the destruction testing at 100 meters depth underwater for 12 hours then still maintain the good performance of the product.
Service Conditions & Applications
The industrial coupler can work reliably under the following conditions:Altitude: ≤ 2000 meters.Ambient temperature: - 25℃~+40℃, and the average temperature for 24 hours is not more than + 35 ℃.Relative humidity: ≤ 50%.Application: Industrial indoor and outdoor plugs and sockets, cable coupling connectors with rated working voltage ≤ AC/DC 690V, 50Hz, rated current ≤125A.Note: Your special requests of products can be negotiated with Shanghai Taixi Electric Co., Ltd directly, if any.
