Introduction

Industrial machinery interlocking socket includes housing, knob switch and socket component. The knob switch includes knob, knob switch axis and switch mechanism. The switch mechanism is adjacent to the socket component in the shell. A linkage locking mechanism is added between the knob switch and the socket component to remove the limit when the rotary switch is disconnected so that the plug is directed against the socket component. The utility model can be inserted or pulled out, and when the rotary switch is turned on and connected to the power supply after the plug is inserted into the socket component, the plug is locked on the socket component.

Industrial machinery interlocking socket has unique design, reasonable structure, power socket has spring clamp spring structure, which can ensure the very low contact resistance between the socket and the socket when the socket is connected. The shell color indicates the use of different voltages and frequencies. Different types of plugs and sockets can prevent mis-insertion because of different plug positions, diameters and poles. Features

1. Housings: The housings of waterproof plugs and sockets are made of high quality imported plastic (nylon) which can achieve no deformations at 90℃ and no changes of technical indexes at -40℃ in normal situation.

2. Plastic cores: The cores of industrial plugs and sockets are made of fire-resistent plastic (nylon) which can withstand 120℃ in normal situation. In the flame retardant test (hot filament at 850℃), no visible flame, no persistent glow, silk paper does not fire, the flame extinguishes within 30 seconds after the hot filament is removed, and the glow extinguishes.

3. Pin and contact-tube accessories: Adopting high quality imported copper, with good plugging and anti-corrosion features. Overcurrent and overvoltage withstanding have reached the advanced level of China.

Function Introduction

1. Industrial machinery interlocking sockets can restrict users to plug and unplug plugs only when power is cut off. It solves the problem that plugs of live plugging and unplugging high current circuit are prone to spark or fire, explosion or short circuit accidents caused by instantaneous loading of high current.

It should be used with socket, has the advantages of dust-proof, water-proof, splash-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-misinsertion, anti-falling, fire-retardant, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high toughness, good impact resistance, high finish and high current soft contact. 3. The housing of the product is made of high quality nylon 66, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and high flame retardancy; the plug-in part is made of copper 3602, which has high elasticity and conductivity. This kind of product is very suitable for power connection under harsh working conditions.

Mechanical Interlock Introduction



State 1: the mechanical interlock switch is in the OFF position and cannot rotate the switch handle.
State 2: when the plug is inserted, push the mechanical interlock to lock the top. The switch rotates from OFF to ON. When the circuit is connected, the plug cannot be pulled out.
