Range of Application

Cable float switch is made of micro switch or mercury switch as contact parts. When the cable float ball is lifted at a certain angle with a weight as the origin (usually the lifting angle of the micro switch is 28 +2 and the lifting angle of the mercury switch is 10 +2), the switch will have ON or OFF output signal. CF-P model is a kind of product which is formed by injection of plastic, so its structure is firm, stable and reliable, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, easy to install, low-cost, It has good control effect on long-distance multi-point control, submerged pump, fluctuating liquid or impurity liquid.  Also suitable for general liquids .

Product Overview

There are five different combinations of stop and start control stations.
Under wet, dusty or dirty conditions, this control station is suitable for the control of motor starters on pumps, saws, compressors, lathes, processing devices and process lines.

562PB - stop start combination station has instantaneous button. The red stop button has an extension, and the green start button has an immersion.

Installation and Wiring Mode

Electrical structure

■Use "black" and "blue" wires:
■浮球在下水位时，接点是接通的状态When the floating ball is low, the contact point is connected;
■When the floating ball is high, the contact point is not connected.
■Use "black" and "brown" wires:
■When the floating ball is low, the contact point is not connected;
■When the floating ball is high, the contact point is connected.

Installation of Weight

■After piercing the suspension wire of the float switch from the concave circular hole in the center of the weight, gently push the weight, so that the plastic ring embedded above the circular hole traps the thrust of the wire head and falls off. (If necessary, the plastic ring can also be removed with a screwdriver). Then the plastic ring can be wrapped on the cable where you want to set the water level by weight.
■Push the weight gently and pull the cable until the plastic ring is fastened in the center of the weight. If the plastic ring is damaged or lost, the plastic ring can be buckled with the same light copper wire into the accessories attached to the cable instead of the weight clock as required. Please pull the cable directly to the control box to avoid the use of intermediate joints as far as possible. If there are joints, the cable joints must not be immersed in water.

Construction Principle

The water level controller shall be placed horizontally in the pool and a sealed terminal box shall be installed in the sluice. The wiring is installed in the terminal box with temperature-resistant wires. After the water level switch is connected with the power supply, the water level drops to 1/2, the switch is automatically connected with the power supply, and the pump starts to work. When the water level is reduced to 1/2, the start is automatically cut off and the pump stops working. The height can be set according to the water level to ensure the continuous flow of water.
